Sunday Football 4-Fold

Following a week of European action, there are a whole host of matches taking place on Sunday and in this preview I will be taking a look at a variety of games from around the continent and building you a tempting 4-fold bet. All odds for this bet are provided by Bet365 and are accurate at the time of writing.

Chelsea vs Arsenal

Arsenal have a shocking record away from home against Top 6 sides, winning just 2 of their last 21 games and all things considered it is impossible to look beyond a Chelsea victory in this one. Chelsea were stunned in their first game of the season, losing 3-2 at home to Burnley, but since then they have gone on a run of 4 successive victories and in Alvaro Morata they look to have found a quality striker.

Chelsea to win – 4/5

Manchester United vs Everton

Sunday’s match at Old Trafford sees two strikers returning to their former clubs as Wayne Rooney returns to Manchester and Romelu Lukaku faces the Everton side he left for £80m this summer. Things have certainly gone better for Lukaku who has scored 6 goals in 6 games and I fancy the big Belgian to add to his tally in a win for Manchester United here. Everton have been extremely poor recently, losing 4 games in a row and the pressure is starting to mount of Ronald Koeman following a summer of spending.

Manchester United to win – 4/11

Real Socieded vs Real Madrid

Real Socieded have surprised many people this season in starting very well, picking up 3 wins from 3 to find themselves joint top of the table with Barcelona. Things haven’t gone so smoothly for defending champions, Real Madrid, with Zinedine Zidane’s side drawing 2 consecutive games against Levante and Valencia to find themselves down in 8th place. Real Madrid must win this game to avoid losing even more ground on Barcelona and I think they’ll do just that.

Real Madrid to win – 4/6

Rennes vs Nice

Nice have struggled a little in Ligue Une so far after a strong showing last campaign, but they picked up a massive 5-1 victory against Waregem in the Europa League on Thursday night on the back of the 4-0 win against Monaco and they are priced very highly here to beat Rennes. Rennes have won just 1 game so far this season and if Nice can play to the same level that they’ve shown in their last two games then they should brush Rennes aside here.

Nice to win – 23/10

Total 4-Fold – 12.5/1 (Bet365)
